Take a cup of hot water, a cup of greens.  Stir for instant porridge.


2. Instant Smoothie

Take a 3 cups of cold water, a cup of greens.  Stir for instant smoothie.


3. Kneed Balls

Take 1 TBS Coconut Oil add 1 TBS Maple Syrup 4-6 TBS Daily Greens. Mix and form into balls.
